An Ecuador Sumatra wrapper leaf harbors a full-bodied recipe of Dominican long-filler tobaccos grown on Gomez family farms. La Flor Dominicana Ligero cigars are available in a light-brown Natural wrapper or a dark, thick, and oily Oscuro wrapper.  The Natural version is rated 92 points and imparts notes of leather, cedar, and nuts with peppery and floral nuances. The 92-rated Maduro reveals heartier notes of black pepper, red pepper, espresso bean, and raisin with a touch of sweetness.
